OUR HISTORY

DD Chemco, Inc. was founded by Donald Katz in 1970. Drawing from three generations of family experience and success in the food and personal care industries, Donald started out with two product lines. His office was a desk in the corner of his garage, which also served as DD Chemco's first warehouse.

The reins were passed down to his son, Bret Katz, in 2000. As the fourth generation in personal care, Bret led the company into a new era. From humble beginnings, DD Chemco has grown into one of the most respected distributors of cosmetic and personal care raw materials in the United States.
